Our compassionate care companions not only help maintain a clean and organized living space, but also provide companionship care. Care companions can lend a helping hand with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation.

Companionship care offers much-needed respite for family caregivers who may need a break from their caregiving responsibilities. Having a companion present supporting and caring for their loved one, allows family to recharge.

Personal Care Assistance

Personal care assistance is an invaluable service that provides essential support to individuals who require help with their daily activities of living.

Whether it is helping with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, or mobility, our caregivers are dedicated to ensuring the physical and emotional well-being and comfort of their clients.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

LoveCare care companions are trained professionals with knowledge and experience working with those who have Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. This includes addressing behavioral changes and offering emotional support to both clients and their families.

Steps to Starting Care

  • Contact LoveCare today!

    Speak with a knowledgeable associate who will answer all your questions and schedule an in-person assessment. This phone call is the first step in determining if LoveCare Home Care’s services are the right fit for your needs.

  • Assessment of Care Needs and Service Agreement

    A Client Care Coordinator will complete an in-person individualized assessment to identify all care needs, learn how we can meet those needs and go over terms of service.

  • Building a Care Plan and Assigning a Personal Care Companion

    Once the assessment is complete and the terms of service are agreed upon, the Client Care Coordinator will build a personalized plan of care and assign a Personal Care Companion who is a good fit based on the needs of the client.

  • First day of care and beyond.

    On the first day of care, the care coordinator will arrive at your home along with the assigned Care Companion. The client care coordinator will make introductions, and go over the care plan to ensure everyone is comfortable - resulting in peace of mind for the client and their family. From here, your Care Companion will be ready to provide your loved one with services that go above and beyond.
